KUWAITI MIDSHIPMEN GRADUATION CEREMONY

On 23 July 2021 a Graduation Ceremony for 18 Kuwaiti Coast Guard midshipmen took place at the Polish Naval Academy. The midshipmen graduated from the Academy after four years long  1st degree military studies. All graduates received the bachelor’s of science in engineering titles as well as the Navy Bridge Watchkeeping Officer’s certificates of competency.  

 

 

The great Graduation Ceremony was organized with participation of distinguished guests representing the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ceremony was graced with presence of H.E. Khalid Y. AlFadhli – Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Poland, Major General Mubarak Alamiri – Undersecretary for Border Security (Ministry of Interior), Brigadier General Adnan Amer – Kuwaiti Military Attaché in Berlin, Brigadier General Ali Alwehaib – Director of the Police Academy and Brigadier General Khalid Alnazzal – Director of the Kuwaiti Coast Guard Traning Center. Rear Admiral Saleh Alreshead – Saudi Defense Attaché represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Inspectorate of the Polish Navy was represented by Rear Admiral Piotr Nieć. Rector – Commandant of the Polish Naval Academy, Rear Admiral Prof. Tomasz Szubrycht rewarded midshipmen to achieve the best performance during studies at the Academy:

Rector – Commandant of the Polish Naval Academy with the whole academic community wish our graduates all the best and many successes in professional service in their home country. The Polish Naval Academy is proud of the 77 midshipmen who graduated from the Academy since the beginning
of foreign military students’ education process. Our midshipmen represented the state of Kuwait, Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently, 60 military students from abroad have been continuing their education at our Academy.
